1. Where we deliver
MyHindupur delivers within Hindupur and the nearby areas shown in the app. When you enter your address, the app shows only the shops that can deliver to it. We do not ship by courier outside our delivery area.
2. When we deliver
Deliveries run from 8 AM to 10 PM, every day. Each shop sets its own opening hours, shown on its page. Some shops let you schedule an order for later.
3. How long it takes
The app shows an estimated delivery time before you order, based on distance and how busy the shop is. As a guide:
- Restaurants and bakeries: usually 30–45 minutes.
- Fashion stores: the same day for orders placed before 5 PM, otherwise the next day.
Rain, traffic, festivals and busy hours can cause delays. You can track your order live in the app.
4. Delivery fees and minimum order
- The delivery fee depends on the distance from the shop to you and is shown before you confirm.
- The minimum order value is ₹99.
- Free delivery offers, when available, are shown in the app.
5. At your door
- Add a clear address and landmark, and keep your phone reachable. The delivery partner may call you on arrival.
- The delivery partner waits up to 10 minutes. If they cannot reach you, the order may be cancelled under our Return & Refund Policy.
- For cash on delivery, please keep the exact amount ready.
- Delivery partners hand over orders at your door or gate; they do not enter homes.
- Check your order when you receive it, and report any problem within the times in our Return & Refund Policy.
